Overview
The aim of the course is that the students should acquire knowledge of the problem of the financial control, structures and processes. The student should analyse different organisations need of economical control and be able to design economical control systems and carry out different forms of economical analysis.

Content
- Economical control within different kinds of organisations
- Organisation and financial control
- Design of strategy and control
- The contents and design of the financial control
- New perspectives on financial control and management control
- Relationship between financial measures of output and how these support superior strategies
- The Investeringsanalys and its complementary work
- With mathematical modulation carry out sensitivity analysis of facts for investment
- The relevance of the need of capital analys and the capital structure on the basis of different mathematical models
- Carry out dispensation analysies by means of mathematical optimesing models
Learning outcomes
On completion of the course, the student should:- Be able to understand and analyse economical situations
- Show knowledge about different economical structures and processes and how these influence organisation.
- Be able to make assessments about appropriate aims and measure in organisations.
- Show understanding of the relationship between the situation of organisations, the design of the control and financial preconditions.
- Be able to analyse and design economical control systems.
- Be able to evaluate investments in various ways dependent on the circumstances for the analysis.
- Show understanding the capital structure role for the value of the company and the investment.
- Show understanding of which role distributions play for the company and its investor.

Learning methods
The teaching is given as lectures, seminars and laboratory sessions. Furthermore, compulsory written assignments that are solved are included independent or in groups which be presented before the student group.Work placement

Time allocation
On average, a student should study 400 hours to reach the learning outcomes. This time includes all the various available learning activities (lectures, self studies, examinations, etc.).
